Manufacturing of Screen Frames
In addition to refurbishing existing screen frames, we also manufacture new frames made of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, and wood. Frame sizes up to Ø 2900 mm, also in split form with internal and external seals or custom designs. Upon request, we also convert existing screen frames for use with ultrasonic screening.
Screen and Filter Mesh, Tension Screens
Due to our extensive stock of stainless steel wire mesh that we hold in Mühldorf and our Partner Haver & Boecker Industriesiebe whom we have been representing in Austria since 2024, we are able to respond quickly to almost any request for screen mesh in rolls or cut-to-size formats. Tension screens with specified dimensions and tension edges are manufactured to your needs in any desired marketable design.
Wedge Wire Screens
We wedge wire screens of the highest precision, manufactured by our industrial partner in Europe using state-of-the-art machinery. We are pleased to offer you suitable curved screens, wedge wire screen cylinders, wedge wire screen mats, or custom-made solutions.
Sieve Balls and Spare Parts
We offer sieve balls in solid rubber or with a steel core, hardnesses from 30° to 90° Shore A, diameters from 7 to 300 mm, in silicone or EPDM, and colors of your choice. They are also BGVV and FDA compliant for use in the food industry. Standard sizes and materials are available from stock. We supply spare parts such as springs, motors, seals, clamping rings, flexible connectors, etc. for all common sieve machines upon request.
