We have a clear focus on screening processes in the fine and ultra-fine range, i.e., grain sizes below 10 mm down to ultrafine dusts with median values below 10 μm. In addition to the necessary mechanical equipment, we can also offer you with process engineering in your entire industrial environment, such as feeding, conveying, dosing, etc., for screening and screening systems, right up to interlinked systems, including documentation according to the Machinery Directive, CE marking, and TÜV approval. We will work with you to optimize your screening processes. An ELCAN Hi-Sifter 1000 is available for screening tests at our new company location in Mühldorf, Carinthia.

Any standard screening machine can be retrofitted with ARTECH components for ultrasonic screening, thus achieving improvements in selectivity and throughput. We manufacture appropriate screen frames for you and parameterize the technical components for optimal performance.

Result: Continuous flow, reliable prevention of bridging, and buildup in containers and pipelines. For testing purposes, we rent our systems from ARTECH Ultrasonic Systems AG for a fee and can help you optimize your screening process or solve problems with blockages caused by bridging and powder buildup in pipelines or containers using ultrasonic technology
